YEAY!! I made it into the 100's!!

Ok,
So I have been working on loosing weight for the last 11 months since my surgery.  I has gotten much easier in the last few months, because I need to stop loosing weight, but this morning I weighted and...

I am in the 100's!!!

I do not ever remember the last time that I weighed less than 200lbs.  Had to be sometime in Jr high or High School!

I'm at 199.4lbs this morning with my original goal weight of 199.

So now I need to maintain.
Thanks for all the help from those of you that have greatly helped, you know who you are!

Also I had my annual Physical this year and my PSP is EXTREAMLY pleased with my progress.  The xray lady even said that I had lost weight, and it was great because then I get less radiation from the machine.  I never even knew this!  I was not really embaressed about no shirt, and the "famous" Mens physcial (Not the anal, because I'm not old enough), but anywho!!

Oh my goodness!!!! Woot Woot!! That is so excellent--congrats!!! I am excited just thinking about being where you are.....I have 3.1 more pounds until I am in ONEderland with ya!!!!!!

Congratulations!  Being under 200 is the most wonderful feeling for those of us who don't ever remember being there.  I share your joy and sense of accomplishment.  It is absoulutly the best feeling in the world.     Your hard work has paid off.
